Our Mission
Home health and home care agencies carry an enormous load: clinical documentation that has to be precise, billing rules that change every year, and compliance deadlines that arrive whether or not anyone was watching the calendar. Too often the software meant to help makes it harder — fragmented tools, clumsy mobile apps, and workflows that fight the way clinicians work.
LEMR exists to change that. Our mission is to give every agency — from a brand-new shop to a multi-site organization — one connected, dependable platform that handles the clinical, financial, and regulatory work so the team can focus on patients.
Built With an Agency, Not Just for One
LEMR was not designed in isolation. It is built and operated by Asheville Home Health Inc., a working North Carolina home health agency, with the agency's own clinicians and administrators using each feature in real operations and feeding back what helps and what gets in the way. That is why the platform handles the unglamorous details — scope-of-practice enforcement, LUPA timing, the NOA clock, visit-cadence tracking — the things you only know to build when you have lived the consequences of getting them wrong.

LEMR is growing deliberately. Medicare home health is supported nationwide and NC Medicaid billing is live today; additional state Medicaid and payroll-tax support is added as new agencies come aboard. Our roadmap follows the same principle that started the company — build what agencies actually need next, verify it against the real rules, and ship it to every customer at once.
